I was initially drawn to join Questas by its outstanding track record of growing achievements and the excellent opportunity for career development. The opportunity for professional challenges across an extensive range of industries in a rapidly expanding business made it an exciting choice for me. So far, the support and communication channels have opened new learning opportunities and created a positive working environment. I’m looking forward to further contributing my skills and expertise to help drive meaningful outcomes and success.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many colourful characters here at Questas, both in my team and across the business, and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

 

I joined AFP in 2014 as a part-time Marketing Assistant. Over the years, I transitioned through various roles, including Internal Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and I have now reached my current position as an Engineering Coordinator. AFP has supported my professional growth, especially when I expressed an interest in a more technical field. AFP has consistently provided me with opportunities to learn and grow, each of which has been both challenging and rewarding. Working alongside some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the hydraulics and process industry has been an invaluable experience. I consider myself fortunate to be part of a company that fosters such a genuine, positive, and collaborative environment.

 

Since joining the Berendsen NCSC team in June 2022, I immediately felt welcomed and part of a team. Berendsen has a very supportive network and an understanding of employee's individual needs and requirements.I enjoy my role as a Customer Service Administrator, as well as aiding in sales where required.One of my key roles is to assist our Engineering & Design team with all their administration needs. Although challenging at times, it is also rewarding knowing I have assisted in achieving their goals.We are given the opportunity to visit and understand how our Branches operate, and any training required is always forthcoming.Being part of a strong team, I anticipate a long and rewarding history with Berendsen.

 

I joined Malcolm Thompson Pumps late in 2018 as a helper/labourer while completing my HSC. In 2019, I was offered an apprenticeship, which I gladly accepted and have never looked back. What I enjoyed most during my apprenticeship was the opportunity to learn from a wide range of tradesmen and the various techniques they used to complete jobs. This experience taught me to think outside the box. What has kept me engaged with the company is the support from my managers in my career progression and seeing myself develop new skills. The wide variety of work we undertake on a daily basis means that no two days are the same. I have now been with the company for 6 years and can see myself being here for many more years to come.
